The album documents the campaign of the regiment in Holland, Belgium, and
France. Comes with nice photos of the Knights Cross award ceremony to
Hauptscharführer Ludwig Kepplinger on 19.08.1940. He was the first Waffen-SS
NCO Knights Cross winner. Awarded by SS-Oberst-Gruppenführer Paul Hausser,
Knights Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords winner. Also to be seen is
SS-Obergruppenführer Georg Keppler, Knights Cross winner. Numerous photos
were taken at the front. Among them are two excellent SS portrait photos.
