Late war style. Field-tailored camouflage outfit consisting of a short blouse and long trousers. The blouse has two chest pockets without flaps.
The lower section is lined with cotton fabric. Noticeable signs of wear and some staining.
The trousers have all buttons intact and are in relatively well-preserved color condition. Repair on the right trouser leg. Slight blue discoloration on the inside. Right pocket missing its button; left pocket also missing its button and sewn shut. A unique set.

Inside there is a manufacturer’s stamp “Drehbler,” along with size markings and a depot stamp “F40.” The collar is the typical dark green. All buttons are present. Enlisted shoulder boards with red piping, as well as two sleeve insignia for a messenger and a gunner. Minor moth damage and some repairs. The interior shows significant damage, with tears and holes in the cotton lining.

A French made service tunic for a Luftwaffe Helferin. Poor quality French material was used for this tunic which was made by Paulhan & Fils - Montpellier. It is maker marked and 1944 dated to the white linen lining. 42 C size marked. Machine-embroidered breast eagle period time re-attached by hand. All buttons complete.
There is a very interesting depot stamp to the lining: Zentrales Kleiderlager der Luftwaffe in Paris. The tunic is in very good condition. SCARCE!

The NSDAP promoted strong anti-tobacco propaganda during the Second World War. However, chewing tobacco and cigarettes were controlled and rationed through official Reich authorities due to their importance to the war economy and for supplying the soldiers.
If you are interested in learning more about the consumption of coffee,
tobacco, and tea in the Third Reich — and if you can read German — I can recommend the two books shown in the pictures. They make fascinating reading.

Privately purchased jacket for a Kriegsmarine officer holding the rank of Kapitänleutnant (naval captain lieutenant).
The insignia are contemporarily sewn on. The officer’s breast eagle is hand-sewn. The cuff stripes on the sleeves are machine-sewn. Complete with all buttons and a ribbon for the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Stitch marks for two decorations are visible. Based on the clear shadow
outlines, these are an Iron Cross 1st Class and a Fleet War Badge. The lining is made of fine black silk. Various signs of wear and age, but no significant damage.

factory-made examples. A rare and sobering historical artifact of the Holocaust period.

Panzer-Regiment 4 took part in the attack on Poland on 1 September 1939 as part of the 2nd Panzer Division.
In 1940, the regiment was engaged from the first day in the attack on France, advancing through Luxembourg during the Ardennes offensive.
In 1941, Panzer-Regiment 4 participated in the campaign in Yugoslavia and Greece, and subsequently took part from the first day in Operation Barbarossa. During the invasion of the Soviet Union, the regiment served as part of Army Group South, advancing into Ukraine.
This regiment saw continuous and intensive combat service.

First, this soldier served in Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 14 in Klagenfurt.
The Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 14 was a training unit of the Luftwaffe
responsible for
Grundausbildung of new Luftwaffe recruits.
Later, this Luftwaffe soldier was active in Nahaufklärungsstaffel 1.(H)/41.
A Nahaufklärungsstaffel conducted tactical reconnaissance in direct support
of Heer divisions.
Their tasks included:
Artillerieaufklärung.
Feindbeobachtung.
Straßen- / Marschaufklärung.
Nahfotografie and
Meldeflüge for Heeresgruppen.
In Nahaufklärungsstaffel 1.(H)/41, the following aircraft were flown:
FW 189.
Henschel Hs 126.
Fieseler Fi 156 „Storch“.
Later, in some cases, Bf 109 or Bf 110 (rarely).
The Nahaufklärungsstaffeln were assigned to Heeresgruppen / Armeen and
worked closely together with the Heer.
During the course of the war, 1.(H)/41 was deployed, among other places, in:
France, 1940.
The Balkans / Greece.
Russia (Eastern Front), for example the southern sector.
As can be seen from the many stamps, they date from autumn 1943.
In 1943, 1.(H)/41 was active in southern Russia (southern Eastern Front),
subordinated to Nahaufklärungsgruppe 1 or Nahaufklärungsgruppe 2. There, the
Staffel supported German Heer formations in the area of Voroshilovgrad
(today Luhansk) and Rovenki in the Donets region.
January 1943: redeployed to Voroshilovgrad (Donets Basin).
Spring to summer 1943: continued operations in the Donets region, including
Rovenk.i
September 1943: the Staffel handed over its remaining Fw 189 aircraft, and
the personnel were sent back to Germany for Umschulung
End of October 1943: likely still shortly before or during the redeployment,
as a partial withdrawal or reorganization took place during this period
